CFBRAZIL priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Shipment takes approximately 3 to 30 business days to reach destination countries. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please noted that it could take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues.

Our Return Policy is as follows:

 

If you have received a defective product and want to exchange it, you need to contact us and return the product within 15 days of delivery for exchange or refund.

 

For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have received your package and inspected it (The product must be in perfect condition. We do not will do a refund if the product was used, with odored, or modified.)

Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimsuit, lingerie..

Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS THAT WERE SENT BACK BY YOU DIRECTLY WITHOUT CHECKING WITH US FIRST

 

Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with Paypal and 7-20 days with a credit card for your refund to appear.

The product must be in perfect condition. We will not send the money back if the product was used, with odored, or modified products.

 

When a gift card (or any other free giveaway) is applicable to order and if that order is refunded for any reason, the gift card (or any other free giveaway) used in that order cannot be refunded. 

CFBRAZIL cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.

EXCHANGE

Is the product small or large and you want to change for another? Just follow the instructions:

Request the exchange through the email info@cfbrazil.cz, putting in the subject: CHANGE, in the body of the email, put the information:

the product must be in perfect condition. We do not exchange used, with odored, or modified products. In case of an exchange, the freight will be at the customer's expense.

We do not carry out exchange of settlement products. If you have obtained a discount on the purchase, the exchange will be of the amount actually paid.

If the packaging has been tampered with, immediately refuse delivery. Returned products will not be accepted without prior request or outside the exchange period. In case of return of the product for exchange, if there are signs of use of the product, the freight for return will be fully paid by the customer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY REASON OF EXTRACTION OF POSTS / TRANSPORTERS
